Founded in 2023, Bluedog24 is the brainchild of Lon Craft and Trae Morris, both Past Presidents of TMPA. Bluedog24 aims to make a tremendous impact in the lives of first responder families across the great State of Texas. The primary mission is to help first responder families achieve home ownership. Our motto, "Serving those who serve..." guides our mission.

Through an array of real estate services, rental options, and our down payment assistance program, our goal is to create a network of trusted partners who share in our vision to give back to those families who sacrifice for us daily. A one stop resource for real estate needs and a variety of other services provided by trusted partners.

Initially started in the Houston area, Bluedog24 aims to grow statewide as soon as possible. The core of our work lies in the continuous passion and dedication we bring to the range of projects we take part in.
